Returns & Exchanges

At Illenium Official Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
